If you experience the computer cannot boot, you can use the recovery drive to enter Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), and then restore from a system restore point or reinstall Windows via the recovery drive. Here are the steps to use the recovery disc:

Connect the recovery drive (USB flash drive) to your computer.

The computer will enter Windows Recovery Environment, and then please choose your language and keyboard layout.

Select [Troubleshoot].

Select [Reset Your PC].

File Removal Options

Only The Drive Where Windows Is Installed (we suggest to use this option). This will delete all files in Drive C, but keep all files in Drive D intact.
